Before joining Plains Power, we had previously discussed things briefly with Emma but had a few things to get sorted before we went any further with the decision to switch.

When Covid hit, the wholesale market for electricity dropped and along with it contracts for future pricing. Emma reached out to us to advise us of this and that it may be a good time to lock in at some attractive rates.
