When Plains Power first started in 2018 they asked for the opportunity to price and compare our power, they realised we were on a spot plan, which we were happy with – we decided we wanted to support Plains so we transferred our spot plan to them.
As the spot rate became more volatile, Plains Power kept an eye on it and always had our best power interest in mind. In doing this, they came to us with a suggestion of changing to a plan, which in turn has saved us tens of thousands of dollars!
We know we are in good hands and don’t have to worry about monitoring our power, we trust these guys to do the right thing for us. We couldn’t be happier!
